02 / THE PROCESS
01Start with what you see.
Describe the subject, where it is, and what happens. A short sentence is enough. Include any words that must be spoken or shown, using quotation marks to keep them together.
02Give the scene direction.
Keep your original idea or allow a few creative details. Open Options when you want a particular visual style, camera movement, or clip length. Leave them on Auto when you are unsure.
03Make it yours. Then copy.
Read the result as if you were watching the shot. Edit anything that feels wrong, copy the prompt, and paste it into your video platform. Review that platform’s settings before generating.
A FEW WORDS GO A LONG WAY
Write what happens. Let the details follow.
Good video prompts make a scene easier to picture. These simple choices help you give H3 Max a clearer starting point.
Describe an action, not just a mood.
“A peaceful morning” can look like almost anything. A cup steaming beside an open window gives the scene something visible to do. Start with one main action, then add the detail that makes it recognizable. For a short clip, a small, complete movement usually reads more clearly than a whole story.
Let the camera do one useful thing.
A still camera can make a subtle movement easier to notice. Moving closer can reveal a texture or expression. Following a subject can establish a journey. Choose a movement with a purpose, and describe its pace. Avoid asking the camera to remain fixed while circling the same subject.
Give sound its own intention.
If sound matters, say what should be heard: footsteps on a wet sidewalk, a cup touching a saucer, or a specific spoken line. Put exact dialogue in quotation marks. Leave out music when it does not help the scene. The tool should not invent a conversation just to fill the silence.
BEFORE YOU HIT GENERATE
Questions about H3 Max prompts
Does this tool generate a video?+
No. H3 Max Prompt Generator creates editable text. Copy that text into the video platform you use to make the actual clip. Video generation, account requirements, pricing, and available settings belong to that platform.
What should I put in my first prompt?+
Start with a subject and an action: a cat turning toward a window, or coffee pouring into a cup. Add a setting if it matters. You do not need camera terminology or a polished paragraph to begin.
Can I write my idea in another language?+
Yes. Describe your idea in the language that feels natural. The scene description is written in English. Put dialogue, signs, labels, or other wording you want preserved in quotation marks, then check that wording in the result.
How is Keep my idea different?+
Keep my idea focuses on clarifying your existing scene. Add creative details allows suggestions such as lighting, framing, and suitable atmosphere. Both should preserve your subject and explicit requirements. Read the finished prompt before copying to make sure any creative details fit your scene.
Are these official H3 Max prompts?+
This is an independent tool. Its writing rules reference public H3 guidance and distinguish that guidance from the site’s own defaults. A clear prompt is a useful starting point, not a guarantee of a particular video result.
Why can the same prompt produce different videos?+
The video model, platform settings, reference inputs, and generation process all affect the result. Some platforms also rewrite prompts. Change one detail at a time when comparing outputs, and keep a note of the settings that produced each clip.
